Chapter Eight
Down the Chairs


The King felt that Sir Laughsalot's failure to catch Robberhood was without excuse and moved him from first chair to farthest chair which was chair eight. But Sir Laughsalot just laughed and laughed and laughed as if sitting in chair eight was just great. It did seem silly since five chairs had no Knights.

Chapter Nine
No Dragons


Sir Laughsalot spent his day laughing and looking for dragons.
He failed to find any .
But when he returned his Squire, Elfnose, told him that he had mail.
He was very, very, very excited thinking it was from beautiful Maid Moreann.
But then, much to his disappointment he discovered it
was only some chain mail

Chapter Ten
A Knight is Born


Robberhood and his men had piles and piles of stolen gold and silver. They had no place to spend it. Trees do not take gold or silver and there were no shops in the woods.
So Robberhood had a suit of armor made of silver and thus became the first great knight in shining armor.

Chapter Eleven
A Knight is Added



The Knight in Shining Armor rode into the King's Court and asked to become a part of the Square Table.
Good King Underwear was overjoyed as he was short four Knights. He made the Knight in Shining Armor number three chair ahead of Sir Laughsalot. Sir Laughsalot looked at the new Knight and just laughed.
